FREDTLE intends to donate $2 from every eligible purchase to the National Save The Sea Turtle Foundation. These terms explain which purchases qualify and how contributions will be handled.
Our commitment
FREDTLE will contribute $2 for each eligible purchase of a FREDTLE product made through an authorized FREDTLE sales channel. For these terms, one purchase means one completed order or transaction, regardless of how many products are included.
Eligible purchases
An eligible purchase is a paid order for FREDTLE merchandise made through a sales channel authorized by FREDTLE that has been accepted, fulfilled, and not fully refunded, cancelled, reversed, or charged back.
Discounts do not reduce the $2 contribution. Taxes, shipping charges, service fees, and purchases consisting only of gift cards do not create additional contributions.
Returns and cancellations
A fully refunded or cancelled order is not eligible. If part of an order is returned but at least one purchased merchandise item is kept, the order remains eligible for one $2 contribution.
Donation timing
Eligible contributions will be totaled quarterly and donated within 60 days after the end of each calendar quarter. FREDTLE may combine multiple quarterly contributions into a single payment when required by the recipient's donation process.
Recipient and independence
Contributions are intended for the National Save The Sea Turtle Foundation. The Foundation does not sponsor, endorse, or administer FREDTLE or this promotion unless explicitly stated by both organizations.
Purchases are not direct charitable donations by the customer, and FREDTLE does not provide charitable tax receipts to customers.
Updates and reporting
FREDTLE may update these terms for future purchases. Changes will not reduce contributions already earned under the terms in effect when an eligible order was placed. Material updates will be posted on this page with a revised effective date.
